Cancellation Policy

We are happy to offer a full refund if canceled 48+ hours in advance. If canceled less then 24 hours no refund will be given. Thank you!

Rental policies

Equipment available for pickup starting at 9:00 AM

Valid ID required for all rentals

Credit card required as security deposit

Equipment must be returned by 4:45 PM

Seasonal rentals pickups: Before November 5th available for pickup at our off-site location by appointment only. After November 5th: Can be picked up anytime between 9-5.

Seasonal rentals returns: All seasonal rentals must be returned before the end of the season.

Do I need to bring my own equipment?

If you have your own equipment you may certainly use it. Otherwise we have equipment for rent.

What should I wear?

We recommend you dress in more thin layers rather then a few thick layers. You will get warm! We are in the mountains, bring your sunscreen!

Do I need a helmet?

No, you do not need to bring a helmet but if you feel most comforable wearing a helmet please feel free to bring it.

If I rent skis do I need a Trail Pass?

Yes, if you will be using any of our trail system you will need a trail pass.
